1. Shipping & Delivery

For retail orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $49, provided that there is local inventory in the region of your destination. The choice of shipping carrier is at our sole discretion and may change with no prior notice. Local delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. If cross-border shipping or special delivery arrangement is needed, please contact our support team via the official online store before placing the order.

For wholesale orders, a quote for freight shipping by sea will be offered with a validity of up to 30 days. Delivery time may vary between 20-60 days depending on the order destination and customs clearance requirements.

2. Payment

For retail orders, the TurboAnt and HAVA online stores accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB, as well as digital wallet payments such as Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

For wholesales orders, we prefer wire transfers but also accept bank drafts under limited circumstances. Standard payment terms of FOB or EXW apply, depending on the specific terms of the sales contract.

3. Warranty

For retail orders, we offer a limited warranty of 6-12 months from the receipt of the product. Please refer to the policies on the TurboAnt and HAVA online stores for further details of the warranty time for different parts of your electric scooter.

For wholesale orders, the warranty time is 18 months, covering all scooter parts, beginning on the first day after manufacture.

For purchases through third parties, please refer to the warranty policies of your vendor.
